Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Peter WhatsApp Manager (“Peter”, “the Service”), operated by Growtricity, a venture of Grupo Pounj (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What Peter is

Peter is a customer-relationship tool that organises the WhatsApp conversations of your business number: inbox statuses, customer notes, reminders, and team access. Peter connects to your existing WhatsApp number through a QR-code link, similar to WhatsApp Web.

2. WhatsApp and Meta: important

Peter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta (WhatsApp) reserves the right to restrict or ban any phone number from its platform at its sole discretion. Growtricity / Grupo Pounj is not responsible for any such restriction, ban, or resulting loss of business or data on WhatsApp’s side. You accept this risk when you connect your number. Use Peter responsibly, to serve your own customers better. Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, harassment, and any use that violates WhatsApp’s own terms are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate suspension of your Peter account without refund.

3. Your account and your data

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe.
  • You are responsible for everything sent from your connected WhatsApp number through Peter.
  • Your customer data belongs to you. We process it only to run the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
  • One account is intended for one business. Team members access it through invitations you control.

4. Subscription and payment

  • Peter starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is needed to start.
  • After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription (₹499 per month unless stated otherwise at checkout), billed through Razorpay.
  • Prices may change; existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice before a change applies to them.

5. Acceptable use

  • No spam or bulk unsolicited messages of any kind.
  • No illegal, deceptive, or harmful content or activity.
  • No attempts to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • We enforce technical rate limits to protect all users; deliberate circumvention is prohibited.

6. Service availability

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The WhatsApp link depends on infrastructure and third-party behaviour partly outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, disconnections, or delayed message delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
