Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple: try Peter free for 14 days, pay only if it earns its place, and cancel any time.

1. Free trial

Every new business gets a 14-day free trial with full features. No payment method is required to start, so there is nothing to refund if you simply walk away.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time by not renewing, or by emailing [email protected].
  • Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Your data remains available for export or deletion per the Privacy Policy.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable once the billing period has started, since the trial exists precisely so you can decide before paying.
  • Exception (our fault): if a payment was charged in error (double charge, charge after cancellation, or a verified failure on our side that made the Service unusable for most of a billing period), we refund it in full within 7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Bans or restrictions of your number by Meta/WhatsApp are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund (see Terms of Service, section 2).

4. How to raise a billing issue

Email [email protected] from your account email with the payment reference. We respond within 2 working days.
